I had my 50th birthday and the staff made it very special for me - I was serenaded and got bubbly and cake in my room, etc. They were all so sweet and smiled every day, from the ones at the pool to Elizabeth at Fuego restaurant and the guys at The Bar! Thanks again so much for making my birthday extra special! I also had a wonderful spa experience to top it off. Everything were so clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the arctic pool, which helped my foot pain.

The staff were very kind and friendly. Specially the Concierges and the staff from the Aurora restaurant were the best. However, it's important and fairly to mention everyone at the resort are amazing and incredible. They make you feel special all the time. Lizet, Rolando and Jessica from the Concierges are the best! Also, all the staff from the Aurora Restaurant (Mexican Cuisine) like: Marisol, Judith, Gerardo, Raul and Javier are amazing and very friendly people.

Literally everything from the check-in to check-out was AMAZING - personnel, cleanliness, accommodations... you have not a single thing to worry about - as if some nice angels have taken you under their care till the moment you leave the premises. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to have the time of their lives in Cancun😍 All the facilities are fit to accommodate the needs of each client. No lines, attention and a-la carte service everywhere you need💋

There was a small issue with the room they originally gave us, but as soon as we reported it they were extremely fast at providing us with a better room and giving us a free massage to compensate. And that was only an illustration of the first class experience we had with their staff for the remaining of our time there. The food in their restaurants was also fantastic!
